Scott began his sales career in transportation and logistics over 20 years ago, specializing in the sale of capital equipment (i.e., trucks and trailers) to businesses across Southwestern Ontario. He held various positions in Ryder Transportation including Rental Account Manager for the GTA East region; and he later joined G.E. Trailer Fleet Services as the Territory Sales Manager for Southwestern Ontario, serving clients from Toronto to Detroit. After 8 years in transportation and logistics, Scott adapted his sales experience to the real estate industry.
Over the past 12 years, Scott has worked in several brokerages in the GTA. He is experienced in Residential Resale, Investment, New Build, Farms/Agricultural, Light Industrial, Vacant Land, Income Properties, and Assignment Sales. His market knowledge and insight, years of negotiation experience, and outstanding customer service will be of exceptional value to his clients. Currently, Scott works for iPro Realty Ltd., Brokerage out of their Junction/ West Toronto office. iPro has 17 locations in and around the GTA, allowing Scott the ability to effectively serve his clients whether they are moving down the street or to a different county.
Scott is driven and motivated to constantly improve himself professionally and personally. He has practiced various forms Martial Arts for most of his life - Karate, Muay Thai Boxing, Kung Fu, Jeet Kune Do. He also has a great interest in music; in addition to playing the bass and six-string guitar, he is an experienced DJ with ample knowledge in audio production and engineering. Scott's self-discipline makes him proactively client-focused, while his analytical skills allow him to think outside the box in solving problems and identifying areas to improve efficiency.
